App. Practical: Teacher/Admin Tasks

I have always been a list maker whether it be a to-do list or a grocery list.
My main struggle is keeping track of my lists or remembering to take my
various lists with me. In my attempt at total family organization, I downloaded
the Cozi App.

Cozi is the must-have organizer for families. It helps coordinate and
communicate everyone’s schedules and activities, track grocery lists, manage
to do lists, plan ahead for dinner, and keep the whole family on the same page.

Cozi Calendar
Cozi offers a shared, color-coded calendar. It enables everyone to see what
everyone else is doing and where everyone needs to be. The entire family can
see what’s happening on any given day and make updates on the go. Cozi
can set reminders and send agenda emails, too.

Reflection:
The Cozi App is useful for my needs in terms of scheduling and list making.
It is free, user-friendly, and allows me to keep my daily schedule and lists all in
one place. I never leave home without my phone so I have access to my
schedule and lists at all times. There is a gold version of Cozi available for
$19.99/year which offers an ad free experience. Cozi Gold also provides a
birthday tracker, the option to view your calendar by month, a calendar search,
and the ability to set up to three reminders at once.
UPDATE: Although the Cozi App does seem to meet all of my needs, I have
been introduced to another App that I am going to try called FamCal. I have been
told it allows you to view your calendar by month for free. This may be a better
fit for families who have to schedule appointments in advance.
